SEAT naming right PURchASE Terms of Use
IMPORTANT: Seat Naming Right purchase does not include season tickets - just the engraved plaque and first right of refusal to purchase season tickets.
SPECIFICS: Each seat naming right purchase includes a 3" oval brass naming plate on the upper right of plastic seats and a 3" rectangular naming plate vertically mounted central to the seat number on the bench seats. New plates can be requested, proofed, and installed at $50 per instance. Seat naming right purchase includes 5 years of first right of refusal for season tickets available at tickets.gallatinice.org prior to general public season ticket sales. Gallatin Ice will send an annual invitation to purchase season tickets four weeks prior to general public season ticket availability. Once the site is open to the general public, Gallatin Ice can no longer guarantee your specific seat season ticket availability.
Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
By proceeding with a purchase from Gallatin Ice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated explicitly by Gallatin Ice or as required by law. This policy applies to all seat purchases made through our website or through the box office.
Disputes or Chargebacks
Please do not dispute charges but rather contact seats@gallatinice.org to discuss your specific issue. Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of Gallatin Ice including by its partner, Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund”.
